Perform antenna characterization

Introduction

Perform is a Python package containing software procedures for measuring antenna parameters such as gain and beam shape. This documentation is divided in two parts: Development Guide and User Guide. The development part is for people who want to contribute to the project. The user part is for operators that want to run the procedures.
